SHMLANG connects B2B website structure, search intent and content to the questions buyers ask before they enquire. Our SEO Growth service covers keyword mapping, service and industry page planning, internal linking and a publishing roadmap. For a company selling complex products or services, the starting point is not a quota of new articles. It is a clear route from a buyer's question to the page that can answer it, establish fit and make the next step obvious.
If your team serves multiple industries, markets or decision-makers, tell us what you sell, who buys it and where the current website falls short. We can assess whether the first need is search architecture, a page rebuild, technical repair or a narrower content programme. Scope and delivery terms are agreed for each project. A baseline makes progress measurable; it does not make a particular ranking or number of enquiries guaranteed.
A B2B search visit often starts with a specification, application or problem rather than a brand name. A manufacturer may be found through material and process requirements. An exhibition supplier may be compared by service type and city. A software buyer may need a capability answer before requesting a demonstration. Those questions belong on different kinds of pages, but they should lead to a coherent commercial path.
Our published SEO scope connects four page roles: a service page explains the offer, an industry or use-case page establishes fit, a comparison or question page resolves a decision obstacle, and a case page provides verifiable proof of work. The keyword map assigns a buyer question to a primary destination, while the internal-link plan shows how a reader can move to the next decision. Our B2B content-cluster guide explains this page relationship in more detail. This helps prevent a broad blog post from competing with the service page meant to receive the enquiry.
The result we aim to build is a navigable search system. Search visibility and commercial outcomes must then be measured; the structure alone is not a guarantee of either.
SHMLANG's public solutions overview connects website systems with SEO Growth. The website scope covers service architecture, proof pages and conversion paths; the SEO Growth scope covers intent mapping, internal links and a publishing roadmap. For a B2B project, those workstreams should be planned together when buyers cannot move clearly from a search question to an offer and an enquiry.
That is a documented service scope, not proof that a specific client's rankings or leads improved. In a proposal, the team should name the pages to keep, revise or create; the facts and proof each page needs; and who owns design, writing, approval and deployment. The value is in a connected delivery plan that can be checked on the live site, not in describing every keyword as an article assignment.
A manufacturer with thousands of parts, a professional-services firm with a small set of offers and a multi-market supplier need different page inventories and approval workflows. The first map must follow their actual buyer questions and verified product facts; a generic page count cannot substitute for that work.
SHMLANG's public SEO Growth page lists a keyword map, an internal-linking plan and a publishing roadmap as core deliverables. A B2B project brief should make each of those concrete and state who implements the work. The table below describes the decisions to settle during scoping, not an automatic package included in every engagement.
| Workstream to scope | Question it must settle | Tangible output to agree |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline and technical access | Can priority pages be found, crawled and measured? | Dated page and query baseline; named technical issues and owners. |
| Buyer-intent map | Which service, industry and comparison questions are worth a page? | Query-to-page map with existing pages marked keep, revise or create. |
| Commercial page architecture | Can a buyer establish fit and see proof without reconstructing the offer? | Page briefs, proof requirements and a proposed enquiry path. |
| Implementation and linking | Which edits are recommendations, and which will be deployed? | Change list with owner, status and source-to-destination link plan. |
| Review and iteration | Did the intended query and buyer behaviour change? | Query-level observations, page-change log and next-priority decision. |
Before work starts, we should also agree who supplies product facts, who approves technical claims, which site team controls deployment and what access is available. A page cannot responsibly state specifications, certifications or coverage areas without the client's confirmation. If a required input is missing, it should be recorded as a blocker rather than filled with generic copy.
The first check is implementation: the intended page returns a normal response, uses the agreed language and canonical, has no unintended crawl or indexing restriction, links to the right destination and displays the approved facts. These checks establish that a change is live and technically eligible. They do not prove that Google has crawled or indexed the URL. Check those later as separate observations in Search Console. A recommendation in a slide deck is not the same as a deployed change.
The second check concerns discovery. In Search Console, filter by both the intended query and the intended URL, then record impressions, clicks and query-and-page-level average position for a stated date range. Google's average position is calculated across impressions; it is not a fixed rank in every search. Do not substitute the page's all-query average for the target-query figure. If the filtered query has no reportable data, record “no data” rather than a made-up ranking. If the page attracts the wrong searches, revisit the intent map before commissioning more pages.
The third check concerns business fit. Review enquiries against the buyer definition the sales team agreed at the start. Our B2B lead-qualification guide addresses the form and routing decisions behind that handoff. Search data may show that a page is being discovered; it cannot by itself tell you that visitors became qualified opportunities. Where analytics or CRM attribution is incomplete, the review should say what remains unmeasured. No single observed increase proves that one SEO edit caused a sale.
These checks create a decision at each review: continue the current page path, improve the offer or proof, fix a technical constraint, or stop a low-value content stream. They do not require inventing a fixed timeline or guaranteed outcome for every site.
We are most relevant when the SEO problem is also a website-structure problem: service and industry pages, multilingual paths, project proof, internal links and enquiry flow must work together. SHMLANG publicly describes both website systems and SEO Growth, so a buyer can ask for one scoped plan across those workstreams rather than an isolated article quota. That is a service-positioning choice, not an independently verified performance advantage. GEO or other services are included only if the proposal names them.
If you need only a narrow technical repair, a scoped audit and implementation handoff may be more suitable than a standing content programme. If your company cannot yet supply accurate product details or approved proof, address that information gap before scaling pages. If a documented result in your exact industry or a specific lead target is essential to the purchase, request that evidence and written project terms before deciding; this page makes no such result claim.
Not necessarily. We would first check whether existing service pages, technical access and enquiry paths can be improved in place. A rebuild belongs in the proposal only if the present site cannot support the required buyer journeys or implementation. The website and SEO scopes can be combined or kept separate according to that diagnosis.
Not by default. The public SEO Growth scope lists a keyword map, internal-linking plan and publishing roadmap; it does not define a universal monthly writing quota or who deploys each page. The proposal must say whether SHMLANG writes or publishes any pages, which pages your team reviews and how revisions are approved.
There is no verified standard B2B SEO price or delivery period in SHMLANG's public service description. Both depend on the site's condition, markets, languages, required pages, implementation ownership and review scope. Request a proposal that separates the initial diagnosis from subsequent production and specifies deliverables, responsibilities and review points. A schedule is a delivery commitment, not a guarantee of a Google position.
Record no data for that query and page; do not substitute a site-wide or page-wide average position. Check separately whether the URL is live, eligible for crawling, actually crawled and indexed, then keep the dated query-and-page report for later comparison. When impressions exist, Search Console reports an average position across them—not one fixed rank for every search. The measurement method above explains how to keep those stages separate.
Send the SHMLANG team your website URL, your priority products or services, target markets and languages, and one example of a qualified enquiry. Tell us which part of the current path is failing: being discovered, explaining the offer, proving credibility or converting relevant visitors. If you have search data or sales objections, include them.
The next useful output is a proposed first scope: what we would inspect, which pages need a decision, what your team must verify, who implements changes and how the first review will distinguish completed work from search and enquiry outcomes. That is a firmer basis for selecting a B2B SEO agency than a promised article count.
