THE BRIEF
Through advanced digital technology, the artifacts collected by the Palace Museum are presented in the form of high-precision 3D models, allowing audiences to appreciate these precious cultural heritages up close and from multiple angles.
01. THE CHALLENGE
How to achieve high-precision digitization without damaging artifacts? How to make digital artifact displays both maintain their original appearance and have a modern feel?
02. THE SOLUTION
We adopted non-contact 3D scanning technology, combined with high-resolution photography, to create precise digital models of artifacts. Through WebGL technology, we achieved smooth online 3D display. At the same time, we added detailed artifact background introductions and interactive features, allowing audiences to understand the historical background and cultural value while appreciating the artifacts.
